About these terms
These terms describe the use of the Cincinnati Cash House Buyers website and the meaning of information provided here. Cincinnati Cash House Buyers is the operator name used on this site. We may revise the terms, and this page contains the terms for using the website.
General information on the site
The website provides general information on an as-is basis. Its content is not legal, tax or financial advice. Reading a page or sending a question does not give you advice specific to your circumstances. We are not a real estate agent or broker, and the information here should be understood with that role in mind.
Requests and offers
An offer comes from the local buyer, an investor who buys houses directly. Submitting your property address or asking to be contacted does not itself create a purchase agreement. Neither side is bound by an offer until both sides have signed a written purchase agreement. The website and a request for contact do not promise a sale, a particular price or a closing date.
Contact with your permission
Calls, text messages and emails about your request happen only with your consent. You can give that permission through the form checkbox or during a call. Reply STOP to stop texts, and ask us if you want calls or emails to stop. A virtual assistant answers calls, and calls are recorded and transcribed.
Information you agree to share
We use the information you provide to respond and pass the request to one local buyer. Only the name, phone number, email and property address you agreed to share are passed to that buyer. The details you send go only to the one local buyer you agree to be connected with, plus the service providers named here. Our privacy policy and contact choices explain the information we collect and how you can ask about it.
We also use service providers for hosting, phone services and the virtual assistant, email delivery and analytics. Information collected through the site includes form responses and basic visit analytics, such as pages viewed, device and approximate location.
Links and updates
A link to another website does not mean we endorse that website. We may update these terms. If you have a question about information we hold, correction, deletion or opting out, email [email protected] or call us.
